THIRTY DAY and ONE YEAR LIST

During the first month in your new home, you may notice items which need adjustment or attention. Please make a list of these items on the form you were given at your closing and mail, fax or email it to: Lewis Builders, 54 Sawyer Avenue, Atkinson, NH 03811. Phone: 603-362-5333, Fax 603-362-4936, warranty@lewisbuilders.com. Slight imperfections such as cracks, nail pops and seam lines are common in drywall. LEWIS BUILDERS will come back One Time to touch up drywall any time you request during the first year. Please note that any problem reported after repairs have been completed is the responsibility of the Home Owner. Our CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM cannot be a substitute for Home Owner Maintenance. Creating a list of Local home service repairmen is very important in establishing your residence and residency. Here at LEWIS BUILDERS WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BEGIN CREATING THIS LIST WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR of Home Ownership. Occasionally we are asked to perform service work resulting from lack of maintenance. Replacing light bulbs, clearing drains and plunging toilets are a few examples of the requests we receive. It is our commitment to accommodate wherever possible. However, if a service call is made to address such a problem, the Home Owner will be billed for the service.
