From I-495
Take Exit 51B to NH Route 125 N. towards Atkinson. Follow Rte. 125 N. for 0.9 mi., Stay Strait onto Main St. (Rte. 121 N.) Towards Atkinson. Continue on Main St. (Rte. 121 North) for 4.75 mi., Sawmill Ridge is located on Cowbell Crossing which will be on your Right just after D & H Auto. Take a Right onto Cowbell Crossing and look for the the Sales Office sign once you get into the neighborhood.

From I-93
Take Exit 3 to NH Route 111-E towards Salem/Windham. Follow Rte. 111-E for 6.7 mi. to NH Rte. 121-S. Bear Right onto NH Rte. 121-S for 0.6 mi. to Cowbell Crossing. Take a Left onto Cowbell Crossing and look for the the Sales Office sign once you get into the neighborhood.

Cowbell Crossing is still a new road and has not yet been published in many GPS mapping systems. If your GPS cannot locate Cowbell Crossing in Atkinson NH, then we suggest you try using the address: 172 Main St. Atkinson, NH. The entrance to Sawmill Ridge Condominium is located at this address. Take Cowbell Crossing Road (you'll see the Sawmill Ridge sign) and look for the the Sales Office sign once you get into the neighborhood.
