Pleasant View Farm is a condominium community located on route 27 in Epping, NH just west of the town center. The community will feature 166, two bedroom homes in 2-unit buildings. Homes are all single level living and will vary in size and configuration with a variety of floor plans from 1,494 to 1,566 square feet on the main floor and two-car garage.
