Our Goal

One of the primary objectives of the Lewis Builders organization is to develop a community of homes in which you will be happy and of which we will be proud. The achievement of quality new home construction requires a commitment to follow up service at closing. We feel that this is an important part of our role. 

Customer Orientation

Prior to closing, we will conduct a walk through in order to orient you to your new home. At this Orientation, you will review all components of your new home and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Warranty Department Hours & Contact Info

All calls regarding warranty issues in your home should be channeled through Lewis Builders main office and not the onsite sales centers.


The purpose of our warranty is to provide coverage to the homeowner for defective or improper installation of material. It does not provide coverage for acts of God or repairs which are considered normal homeowner maintenance.

Emergency Service Van

Appliances

Please contact the manufacturer (or a licensed Whirlpool repair company) directly with model and serial number, closing date, and a description of the problem. Refer to your Appliance Information sheet provided to you at your Closing.

Emergency Service

Emergency Service is available in the event that a plumbing, heating, or electrical malfunction occurs which makes the home unlivable, unsafe or is likely to cause further damage. Please limit these calls to those conditions.


Nights (between 4:30 pm & 7:00 am) and Weekend emergency calls should be made to Lewis Builders by calling 603-362-5333 and pressing '6' when prompted.


PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EMERGENCY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRST YEAR YOU OWN YOUR LEWIS HOME.


Sixty Day & One Year List

During the first two months in your new home, you may notice items which need adjustment or attention. Please make a list of these items on the form you were given at your closing and mail, fax or email it to us (contact info above).

Slight imperfections such as cracks, nail pops and seam lines are common in drywall. Lewis Builders will come back One Time to touch up drywall any time you request during the first year. Please note that any problem reported after repairs have been completed is the responsibility of the Home Owner.


Our Warranty Program cannot be a substitute for Home Owner Maintenance. Creating a list of Local home service repairmen is very important in establishing your residence and residency. 


Here at Lewis Builders we encourage you to begin creating this list within the first year of home ownership.
